Dr. Tracey Waldman holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She has over 27 years of experience in the field of human and behavioral services. She has worked with Intervention Strategies International for 26 years and recently became the owner and President of the organization. She has led organizational and leadership development in numerous private and public entities. Her dual background in psychology and business makes her an ideal coach for government and private employees of all levels.​

 

Currently, Dr. Waldman provides Human Resource consultation and expertise to small to midsize companies and government agencies. She assists in the assessment of organizational structure and culture. She creates job descriptions, performance evaluations and individual performance enhancement strategies. In addition, Dr. Waldman coaches departments to dismantle triangles that are common obstacles to excellent and strategic performance. Dr. Waldman continues to see patients and families in psychotherapy. She supervises many skilled clinicians and runs an office in Paramus, New Jersey.
